The Carter Twins, highly musical and dynamic young Nashville artists, are honored to have the lead single from this year's Very Special Christmas Album 7, the timeless holiday favorite "LET IT SNOW."  In the past, the music contained on AVSC albums (which benefit the Special Olympics) have enjoyed massive success in the marketplace, and this year's version should be no exception. The AVSC Music Series has generated more than $100,000,000 in direct support for Special Olympics programs and initiatives worldwide.  Combined Career Soundscan album sales by artists appearig on AVSC 7 is over 26 Million Units!

"LET IT SNOW" is produced by Billboard Nashville Producer of the Year (3rd year in a row), Frank Rogers (Brad Paisley/Darius Rucker).  This year, the album's focus is on young talent to bring awareness to the charity.  The Carter Twins kicked off this year's A Very Special Christmas campaign with a live performance in Los Angeles on November 16.

To date, The Carter Twins have built an amazing young fan base, having sold over 50,000 downloads of their track "Heart Like Memphis" -- without ever shipping a physical album!  Expect that fan base to increase drastically in the short term, as  The Carter Twins have stepped up as the ambassadors for this year's AVSC 7 project. In the next month, the twins  will make several appearances on  national TV representing the album, which features major young talents such as  Colbie Caillat, Carter Twins, Miley Cyrus a Hannah Montana, Vanesssa Hudgens, Sean Kingston, Charice, Kristina DeBarge, Mitchel Musso, Leighton Meester, Kellie Pickler, Carrie Underwood, Ashley Tisdale, and Gloriana.

"LET IT SNOW" hits the airwaves and the Very Special Christmas Album 7 hits the streets November 23rd via Universal Music Enterprises.   Universal ad the Special Olympics' team plan very strong marketing, online and press awareness through all media, supported strongly to top broadcast networks and key online outlets.
