Radio:

• Management of day to day radio and video airplay, with a detailed breakdown of activity,  which includes providing daily Mediabase reports if requested.
  • Targeted and projected radio stations will be supervised, as well as appropriate radio consultants.
• Digital delivery of your product to applicable radio formats and key industry decision makers.
  • Coordinate national and local promotions to support tour dates.
• We design opportunities to fit your resources and then contact stations to secure commitments.  u   We make the meet-and-greet more than a grip and grin.
  • Listener Parties bond your band with the station and put your artist in direct contact with passionate, grassroots fans. 
    
• Negotiate and coordinate on-air broadcast placements with Westwood One, Premiere Radio, ABC Radio, CBS Radio, and other leading independent national and international distributors.
• Coordinate ISDN tours that let you position the artist/band at one location and “visit” markets all over the country.  These studio settings also provide live acoustic performance opportunities.
  

Internet:

• We work your project across key web platforms including (but not limited to) HULU, Joost, Orchard, and Veoh.
  
• Create web interviews and broadcast EPKs (electronic press kits) for platforms such as ATT/Blue Room Yahoo Music, AOL, AccuRadio, and other leading platforms. 
  
• Coordinate and maximize online promotion opportunities at Clear Channel Radio, CBS Radio, ABC Radio, Westwood One, and other leading broadcast web portals. 
  
• Orchestrate and deliver pre-assembled content for radio station websites, making it easy for your webmasters to integrate our content onto your websites.

Touring:

• Touring is part of our DNA. We’ve worked with everyone who’s anyone and will leverage those relationships on behalf of your artist.
  • Our resume includes partnerships with major tour promoters like AEG, Live Nation, and Jam, as well as many other leading independent concert promoters.
  • We know local reps as well as national executives.
• When your artist tours, we work with promoters on your behalf to secure preferred treatment while maximizing every opportunity in advance of the performance, as well as on the night of the show.
  • Plus, we follow-up after the gig to make sure everyone leaves with a sense of satisfaction.
    

Content Creation:

• Rock Band Entertainment provides affordable and creative solutions for securing artist/label-owned film performances. We build the right solution for your artist by utilizing Hi-Definition 8-10 camera shoots, with or without an audience, as well as basic editing and audio mixing.  We supply final edits in a variety of platforms.
  • Plus, these sessions offer unique promotional opportunities for radio partners to create VIP Contests where winners are flown in specifically to attend this one-of-a-kind musical event.
    

Fees:

• Determined by the scope of your project.  You’ll be surprised how far your budget can go.
• Rock Band Entertainment personnel are available for travel to designated concerts, promotions and/or events.  All business class travel expenses are assumed by the client.

Promotion:

We work on your behalf, supporting your in-house promotion department.  At RBE, our priority is  delivering a wide array of promotional support services, including but not limited to the following:
